Why Veratas

Why enterprises choose Veratas as their Microsoft partner

Most Microsoft partners specialise in one or two areas. Veratas is structured around the complete Microsoft stack, delivered end-to-end by certified architects under one accountable relationship.

Single accountable partner

One team, one commercial relationship, one escalation path across licensing, infrastructure, applications, data, and AI. No more being told to talk to your Dynamics partner about one thing and your Azure team about another. A single master services agreement covers procurement, implementation, managed services, and adoption.

Certified Microsoft architects, no subcontracting

Our delivery team holds role-based certifications across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Field), Microsoft 365 Administration, Power Platform, Security, and Identity. The architect who designs your solution is the architect who implements it. No opaque offshore handoff.

Security and compliance by design

Every engagement starts with a Microsoft Defender XDR baseline, Conditional Access policies, Microsoft Purview classification, and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework security baseline. Audit-ready from day one, not retrofitted post go-live.

Transparent commercial models

Fixed-price engagements for clearly scoped work. Time-and-materials only where appropriate. Managed services subscriptions with documented SLAs and month-to-month flexibility after a six-month minimum. No opaque seven-figure T&M with scope drift.

Engagement models

Three engagement models: pick what fits your situation

Veratas works with clients in three distinct commercial shapes. Each model has clear scope boundaries, pricing structure, and exit terms.

01

Single-vendor across the Microsoft stack

Best for: Mid-market and enterprise clients consolidating Microsoft vendors.

Procure Microsoft licences through Veratas CSP. Implement Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure under one master agreement. Move into managed services for ongoing operations. Typical engagement: 18-36 months, fixed-price plus managed services subscription.

02

Specialist data and AI layer on existing Microsoft estate

Best for: Enterprises with established Microsoft partners running ERP/CRM, needing world-class data and AI capabilities.

Build Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, and Copilot capabilities on top of your existing Dynamics 365 or Azure platform without disturbing current partner relationships. Pure-play data and AI delivery. Typical engagement: 3-9 months fixed-price scope.

03

Subcontracted delivery for Microsoft partners

Best for: Microsoft Solutions Partners and consultancies needing certified delivery capacity.

White-label our Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Azure architects to expand your delivery without compromising client relationships. NDA-protected, branded as your firm. Typical engagement: time-and-materials with dedicated team structure available.

FAQ

Common questions about partnering with Veratas

Additional answers covering pricing, certifications, geographic coverage, engagement structure, and post-go-live support.

Veratas operates as a Microsoft Cloud Partner with Solutions Partner Designations in progress for Data & AI (Azure) and Business Applications under the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. Our delivery team holds active role-based Microsoft certifications across all major workloads. We are pursuing direct Cloud Solution Provider partnership for licence procurement; until certification lands, we partner with established CSPs to fulfil licensing while delivering all technical work directly.
The complete Microsoft stack: licensing through CSP procurement, Azure infrastructure (compute, networking, security, FinOps), managed services across the estate, Microsoft 365 migrations and adoption, security and compliance using Microsoft Defender XDR / Sentinel / Intune / Purview, the full Dynamics 365 family, data platform on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, Power Platform development, and AI deployment with Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and India. Most engagements run with local relationship management and global delivery across time zones, enabling true 24×7 managed services and overlapping handoffs for complex migrations.
Fixed-price for clearly scoped implementations and migrations. Time-and-materials where scope is genuinely fluid. Managed services subscriptions for ongoing operations with month-to-month flexibility after a six-month initial period. Discovery calls and one-week scoping sprints are paid but small fixed fees; all engagements include a free initial 45-minute conversation.
We work with organisations from 50-user Microsoft 365 SMB migrations through to enterprise Dynamics F&O programmes with thousands of users. Smaller fixed-scope engagements (Microsoft Sentinel SIEM deployment, Purview readiness assessment, Copilot pilot) start from approximately $25,000. Large multi-product programmes scale into seven figures over 12-24 months.
Yes. The Specialist Data Layer engagement model is built for exactly this. We sign joint working agreements with incumbent partners and operate to clearly defined boundaries. Many Microsoft partners also engage us as a subcontracted Fabric, BI, or Dynamics delivery resource under their own brand.
Microsoft 365 tenant migrations: 6-14 weeks. Dynamics 365 Business Central: 16-24 weeks. Dynamics 365 F&O: 26-52 weeks greenfield, 16-32 weeks for AX upgrades. Microsoft Fabric migrations: 12-20 weeks. Azure landing zone design + deploy: 8-12 weeks. Copilot for Microsoft 365 with Purview readiness: 8-12 weeks. Confirmed after a discovery sprint.
A 30-day hypercare period is included in every implementation, with daily standups and accelerated response SLAs. After hypercare, clients typically move into managed services covering 24×7 monitoring, incident response, Microsoft update assessment, monthly health reports, quarterly business reviews, and continuous optimisation.
We advise on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot for Sales, Copilot for Customer Service, Copilot for Finance, and other Copilot add-ons, and we procure them via CSP. However, we recommend a structured readiness assessment using Microsoft Purview before activating Copilot for Microsoft 365, most failed Copilot rollouts trace back to data oversharing and governance gaps, not the AI itself.
For clients with data residency requirements (EU, UK, Australia, India, Middle East), we deploy into Microsoft regional clouds with documented data residency. For Government Community Cloud (GCC) clients in the US, we operate within GCC and GCC High where applicable. For sovereign deployments in regulated industries, we coordinate with Microsoft sovereign cloud teams.
Every engagement signs a mutual NDA before discovery. Production access uses Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access with just-in-time elevation, never standing admin credentials. We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPA) referencing GDPR, sub-process disclosure, and breach notification commitments. Information security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ) are available on request.
Fixed-price engagements stay fixed-price unless scope changes are signed via a change order. Time-and-materials engagements include weekly burn-down reports and budget alerts. If we are responsible for a delay, the contract covers remediation. If you require additional scope, we propose a separate change order with its own fixed price.
